My trembleur

PreviousNext

In Aiguines France, I learned from Jean Francois Escoulen the secrets to making a long trembleur.  Here it is fresh off the lathe.  It is 48″ long and was made using 26 steady rests.  It took several people to help me slide it into the glass tube as it was removed from the lathe.
